Argali and Ibex

The Altai Argali is generally considered to be the most massive sheep in the world. Only the Argali horns can show the kind of mass that is unbelievable. Base circumference of horns can reach 20 inches. Lengths can exceed 65 inches. They can weigh up to 600 pounds.

A trophy Altai Ibex will measure at least in the 50+ inches range with the average trophy size being 40 - 45 inches in length over the curve.

 Short Tour Description 

Day 1:

Upon arrival at the airport we will be welcomed by your guide. He will bring us to your comfortable, centrally located hotel. In the afternoon we will have a drive to Zaisan Memorial, build by the Russians to commemorate unknown soldiers from different wars. Located on a Southern hill of Ulaanbaatar, we will be able to enjoy an excellent view of the capital and the surrounding countryside. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 2:

We will fly to Olgii. After our arrival we will set of for the Altai Mountain Range.

Day 3 - 7:

Hunting the Altai Argali and Altai Ibex in the Altai Mountain Range

Day 8:

Fly back to Ulaanbaatar. Overnight in a Hotel.

Day 9:

Free day in Ulaanbaatar. In the evening we will have a farewell dinner in a good restaurant. Overnight in a Hotel.

Day 10:

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for departure
